Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
basic math skills for handling payments
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and advises guests on food and drink combinations
communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests
collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment in the dining area
