Job Requirements
- Previous serving, bartending, or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work part-time schedule including weekdays, some nights, and holidays
- must be able to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- must handle cash transactions accurately
- willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- must maintain professionalism and positive attitude

- ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, some nights, and holidays
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist guests with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates reasonable requests and dietary preferences
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean and safe environment for guests
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays information to supervisor
- ensures dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- assists during special events and performs other duties as assigned
