- Previous serving, bartending, or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently, following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations and accommodates reasonable requests
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and works well with others
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintains sensitivity and confidentiality for personal or medical guest information
- promptly addresses complaints and conveys relevant information to supervisors
- sets up and cleans dining area before and after service
- operates various service equipment, including coffee machines and soda machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs additional duties as assigned
