Job Qualifications

- ability to learn and understand menu items and dietary restrictions
- cash handling skills preferred
Job Duties
- promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety standards
- follow up with guests periodically to assist with additional needs
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and advise guests when requested
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders accuracy
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
