Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation
- follow up to assist with any additional guest needs
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
- promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment
- handle guest complaints appropriately and relay information to supervisors
- ensure proper dining room setup before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
