Job Requirements
- One year of fine dining experience preferred

Job Qualifications

- minimum of one year fine dining experience preferred

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrates complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations and accommodates dietary preferences and allergies
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and maintains positive interactions with guests and staff
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and reports them to supervisors
- ensures dining room is properly set up before and after service periods and meets sanitation standards
- operates various dining room equipment
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other assigned duties
