- availability to work part time including weekend shifts
- ability to work from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm with flexible days
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and work well with others
- remain flexible and patient with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service and meets sanitation standards
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
