Job Requirements

  • Prior server experience preferred
  • availability for part-time shifts including evenings
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced dining environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding guest information

Job Qualifications

  • Prior server experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to remain flexible and patient under pressure
  • understanding of specialized diets and allergens is a plus
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
