- must be able to work part-time including nights and weekends
- able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards advantageous but not required
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong teamwork and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a flexible and patient demeanor
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
