Job Requirements

  • Prior serving experience preferred
  • availability to work part-time schedule including dinner and weekend shifts
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • capability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • ability to handle cash and tickets responsibly
  • willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • must perform job duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests
  • communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisor
  • ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
  • operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
  • collaborate with staff during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
