Job Requirements
- Prior serving experience preferred
- availability to work part-time schedule including dinner and weekend shifts
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- ability to handle cash and tickets responsibly
- willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with staff during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
