Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience required
- Ability to work part-time schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up with guests periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advise guests on food and drink combinations, accommodate dietary requests
- Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Address complaints promptly and relay information to supervisor
- Ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service periods
- Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- Collaborate with other department staff during special events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
