- ability to work part time Thursday through Sunday including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure orders and special requests are accurate
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay to supervisor
- set up the dining room prior to and after service periods
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers, iced tea machines, and coffee machines
- collaborate during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
