- previous serving experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- advises guests on menu items, food and drink combinations, and accommodates special dietary requests
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and special accommodations
- collects tickets and handles cash transactions properly
- maintains cleanliness and safety of the dining area
- addresses guest complaints and relays information to supervisors
- sets up and cleans dining room before and after service
- operates various equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
- works with staff during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
