Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work part-time shifts Monday through Sunday
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Advise guests on menu items, combinations, and accommodate dietary restrictions
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Collect tickets and handle cash properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining area before and after service
