Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- available to work part-time hours from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm including weekends
- able to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- able to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- willing to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle customer requests and dietary accommodations
- willingness to learn and accept training
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on combinations and dietary accommodations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests are accommodated
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
