Job Requirements

  • No previous experience required
  • available to work part-time hours from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm including weekends
  • able to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • willing to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to handle customer requests and dietary accommodations
  • willingness to learn and accept training
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on combinations and dietary accommodations
  • communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests are accommodated
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
