Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous serving experience in a fine dining setting
- Ability to work part time with flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Basic cash handling ability
- Must be able to remain patient and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years serving experience in fine dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist guests with menu selection and accommodate special dietary requests
- Communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special accommodations
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service
