Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- availability to work part-time hours including Monday through Friday and every other weekend
- ability to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are correctly delivered and special requests accommodated
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
