Job Requirements
- One year of serving experience required
- ability to work on an on-call schedule with varying days and hours

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks
- accommodate reasonable requests and note dietary preferences
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are accommodated
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain positive interactions with guests and staff
- promptly collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- address complaints or issues effectively and relay information to supervisors
- ensure proper dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
- operate various restaurant equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events and perform other assigned duties
