Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible, on-call schedule including nights and weekends
- must have valid RAMP certification
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- applicant must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to carry out physical duties required by the position
- must comply with company policies and procedures including safety protocols

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- RAMP certification required
- ability to handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- understanding of specialized diets and allergens a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders in an efficient manner, following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences
- demonstrates knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and ability to work well with others
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and reports them to supervisor
- ensures the dining room is properly set up prior to and after service periods
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
