Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a cleaning or sanitation role is a plus but not required
Must be able to follow safety protocols
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Must be punctual and reliable
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Demonstrate understanding of basic sanitation procedures
Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
Effective communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and related areas clean
Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
Report any equipment issues to management
Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers
Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
Ensure security of company assets
