Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a cleaning or sanitation role is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Demonstrate understanding of basic sanitation procedures
  • Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and related areas clean
  • Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
  • Report any equipment issues to management
  • Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure security of company assets
