Job Requirements
- minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be willing to follow health and safety regulations
- adequate physical stamina to carry trays and perform service tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- friendly and outgoing personality
- knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and prep areas
- handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- process payments and close out tables efficiently
