- availability to work full-time or part-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively

- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to handle cash and use relevant equipment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate special dietary needs and allergens
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors
- ensure proper dining room setup and cleanliness
- operate various equipment including coffee machines and fire extinguishers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
