Job Requirements

No prior experience necessary
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
basic proficiency in English
availability to work full-time or part-time as scheduled
ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
willing to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity when handling personal information

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial
ability to work effectively in a team environment
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
customer service experience is an asset but not required

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on combinations
communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
