- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

- commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to follow established service procedures and protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- knowledge of menu items and dietary accommodations a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and accommodate special dietary requests and allergens
- communicate directly with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- collect tickets and handle cash procedures properly
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal and medical information
- promptly address and relay guest complaints or issues to supervisors
- set up and reset dining room before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers
- collaborate with other departments for special events
- perform other duties as assigned
