Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and advise guests
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- address complaints promptly
- set up and clean dining room
- operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
- assist during special events
- perform other assigned duties
