Job Requirements

  • prior experience in serving or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverages orders following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally
  • maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate understanding of menu items and advise guests
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
  • address complaints promptly
  • set up and clean dining room
  • operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
  • assist during special events
  • perform other assigned duties
