Job Requirements
- Prior waiter/waitress, hosting, or front of house experience preferred
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior waiter/waitress experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients including specialized diets and allergens
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests accommodated
- handle cash transactions following proper procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment in the dining area
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay to supervisor
- set up and clean dining room before and after service
- operate equipment including coffee machines and soda machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
