Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
- ability to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
- capability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work both full-time and part-time schedules
- compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace
- eligibility to work legally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of serving experience in a full service restaurant
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexibly in a team environment
- understanding of specialized diets and allergen knowledge
- proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets including allergens
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay information to supervisor
- set up and clean the dining room before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other assigned duties
