Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
  • ability to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
  • capability to perform physical tasks required by the role
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work both full-time and part-time schedules
  • compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace
  • eligibility to work legally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of serving experience in a full service restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexibly in a team environment
  • understanding of specialized diets and allergen knowledge
  • proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets including allergens
  • communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • promptly address complaints or issues and relay information to supervisor
  • set up and clean the dining room before and after service
  • operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events
  • perform other assigned duties
