Job Requirements

- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules with varied shift times
- must be able to lift and carry moderately heavy items
- must have excellent communication skills
- able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexibly in different shifts
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- handle cash transactions and tickets following proper procedures
- promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints promptly and relay important information to supervisors
- ensure the dining room is set up properly before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as tea/soda machines, coffee machines, and fire extinguishers
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
