Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior server experience required
- availability to work full-time or part-time with varying schedule including weekends and holidays
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates reasonable guest requests and notes preferences
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe and neat dining environment
- maintains confidentiality of personal or medical information
- promptly addresses guest complaints or issues and reports to supervisor
- ensures proper dining room setup and maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- operates various equipment such as beverage machines and fire extinguishers
- collaborates with other departments during special events and performs other duties as assigned
