- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn and understand menu items and dietary restrictions
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- demonstrated ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service
- strong teamwork and adaptability skills
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe and neat environment
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- address complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor as needed
- ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, drink machines, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
