Job Requirements

- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- flexible availability including early mornings and evenings
- basic English proficiency for communication
- physical ability to stand, walk and carry trays for extended durations
- willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices is a plus
- customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advises guests on food and drink combinations, accommodates reasonable requests and dietary preferences
- communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodations for special requests
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintains confidentiality regarding guest information
- promptly addresses guest complaints or issues and relays information to supervisors
- sets up and cleans the dining room before and after service periods
- operates equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events and performs other assigned duties
