Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous fine dining experience required
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including varying days and hours
- ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisors
- ensure the dining room is properly set up and meets sanitation standards
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- work with staff during special events and functions
- perform other assigned duties as needed
