Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of waiter or waitress experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours with flexible schedule
- Basic cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a waiter or waitress
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including varying shifts and days
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu item ingredients and dietary considerations
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests on appropriate combinations
- Accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences including knowledge of specialized diets and allergens
- Communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests are honored
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain positive interactions with guests and team members
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe and neat dining environment
- Address guest complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors
- Ensure proper dining room setup before and after service
- Operate dining room equipment such as fire extinguishers, iced tea machines, and coffee machines
- Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
