Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience preferred
  • ability to work Tuesday through Thursday afternoons
  • willingness to work full-time or part-time
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate equipment
  • must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently
  • deliver food promptly and professionally
  • maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary needs
  • communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders
  • address guest complaints and relay information to supervisor
  • collect tickets and handle cash properly
  • set up and clean the dining area
  • operate food service equipment
  • work with other departments during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
