Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time schedule including evenings and weekends

- previous customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to remain patient and professional under pressure
- knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergens a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- follows up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests on pairings
- communicates directly with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- handles cash transactions following proper procedures
- promotes a clean and safe dining environment
- handles guest complaints and relays issues to supervisors appropriately
- sets up and cleans dining area before and after service periods
- operates equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
