Job Requirements
- Prior food service or serving experience preferred but not required
- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including AM and PM shifts
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow procedures for food handling and cash management

Job Qualifications

- previous food service or serving experience is an asset

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations and accommodates preferences
- communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and patience
- collects tickets and handles cash transactions properly
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints and relays them to supervisors
- ensures proper dining room setup and cleanliness
- operates equipment such as fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs additional duties as assigned
