Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- Demonstrate understanding of menu items and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor
- Set up and clean dining room before and after service
- Operate food service equipment
- Collaborate with other departments during special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
