Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- must follow established sanitation and safety standards
- experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to handle cash accurately
- reliable and punctual
- able to operate basic equipment safely

- prior experience in food and beverage service is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests on combinations and accommodating special dietary requests
- communicates directly with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodates special requests
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and maintains positive relationships with guests and staff
- collects payment and follows proper procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- addresses complaints promptly and relays information to supervisor
- ensures assigned location is set up properly before and after service and maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- operates equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
