Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience preferred
- ability to work full-time hours with varying shifts
- must be able to perform physical tasks related to serving
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- maintain a professional appearance
- adherence to food safety standards

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- assist guests with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow cash handling procedures
- promote a clean and safe environment for guests
- address complaints promptly and report to supervisor
- set up and maintain dining area according to sanitation standards
- operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
