Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- willingness to work part-time morning shifts
- availability to work weekends
- age 18 or older
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to communicate clearly with guests and staff
- adherence to company policies including drug-free workplace
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and be trained
- ability to work early morning hours and on weekends
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation beneficial
- capacity to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders following established service steps
- deliver food promptly while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- assist guests with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- handle cash and collect tickets appropriately
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining area
- address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- set up and clean dining areas before and after service
- operate dining equipment such as coffee machines and iced tea/soda dispensers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
