- RAMP certification required
- ability to work an on-call schedule including nights and weekends
- must be able to perform all essential job functions
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to follow safety protocols including use of protective equipment
- willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
- availability for immediate hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service or customer service is beneficial
- RAMP certification required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexibly including nights and weekends
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- proactive and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- assist guests with menu knowledge including ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
- communicate accurately with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards before, during, and after service
- address guest complaints promptly and relay to supervisor
- operate a variety of service equipment
- collaborate with other departments during events
- perform other duties as assigned
