Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
- communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and handle cash according to procedures
- ensure suite or premium space is properly set up and clean before and after service
- operate equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage and coffee machines
- work collaboratively with other departments during special events
- promptly address guest complaints and relay information to supervisors
