Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • prior food and beverage service experience preferred
  • knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
  • communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and handle cash according to procedures
  • ensure suite or premium space is properly set up and clean before and after service
  • operate equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage and coffee machines
  • work collaboratively with other departments during special events
  • promptly address guest complaints and relay information to supervisors
