Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar wait staff or food service role preferred
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle cash accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are accommodated
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintains a clean, safe, and neat dining environment and addresses complaints or issues promptly
- Operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- Works with other departments during special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
