Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- capability to learn menu items and dietary needs
- flexibility to work various shifts and days
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests as needed
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- follow cash-handling procedures and collect tickets
- address guest complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor when necessary
- set up and clean dining areas before and after service periods
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other assigned duties as needed
