Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurants/bar is required
- Experience in fine dining is preferred
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift supplies up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Provide personalized, attentive service to suite holders and their guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Set up, maintain, and break down suites before, during, and after events, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Serve high-end food and beverages promptly and courteously, accommodating dietary restrictions and special requests
- Address any needs or requests from suite guests during events, facilitating in-suite amenities and handling special requests
- Monitor the suite environment to ensure it remains pristine, stocked, and well-presented
- Collaborate with other suite attendants, kitchen staff, security, and stadium personnel to ensure smooth operation
- Communicate guest concerns or special requests to management effectively
