Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Must be able to obtain alcohol servers permit if required
  • Available to work from April through September on a seasonal basis

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
  • Takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
  • Follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
  • Demonstrates knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
  • Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests accommodations
  • Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • Addresses complaints or issues promptly and escalates to supervisors when necessary
  • Ensures suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service periods
  • Operates service equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage machines, and coffee machines
  • Collaborates with other departments during special events and functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned
