Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 am
- availability to work weekends and varying hours
- adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations and accommodates special dietary requests
- communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
- handles cash and collects tickets following proper procedures
- maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- addresses guest complaints or issues promptly and escalates to supervisor when necessary
- sets up and cleans dining areas before and after service
- operates various equipment including coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
