Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 am
  • availability to work weekends and varying hours
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follows up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs
  • demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
  • advises guests on food and drink combinations and accommodates special dietary requests
  • communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
  • handles cash and collects tickets following proper procedures
  • maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • addresses guest complaints or issues promptly and escalates to supervisor when necessary
  • sets up and cleans dining areas before and after service
  • operates various equipment including coffee machines and soda dispensers
  • collaborates with other departments during special events
  • performs other duties as assigned
