Job Requirements

- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- advises guests on menu items and accommodates dietary preferences and allergens
- communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
