Job Requirements

- must be able to work full time or part time with flexible scheduling
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- must be at least 18 years old
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- reliable transportation to the Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to understand and convey menu details to guests
- flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred but not required
- willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrates knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates dietary preferences and notes guest requests
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- maintains exceptional communication skills and teamwork
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- handles guest complaints or issues promptly and reports to supervisor
- ensures proper dining room setup before and after service
- operates various equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, and fire extinguishers
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
