Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting moderate weights
- reliable transportation to and from work
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays relevant information to supervisors
- ensures the dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events and performs other duties as assigned
